People’s needs change constantly and as they evolve, there’s also a demand for the market to keep up with the customers new wishes and expectations. In the cosmetic market I genuinely admire brands that were able to eliminate or at least reduce to minimum potentially harmful  compounds, to list on their sites the products full ingredients list and to take into consideration that due to pollution, lifestyle etc., the number of people with allergies, or skin problems (such as rosacea, eczema etc.) has increased. One of these brands is Avene and in a nutshell I will describe my favorite products from them:

  • Avene Thermal Spring Water – simply anytime, anywhere! For face and body, for kids and adults this mist calms down redness and irritation like no other.
  • Avene Regulating Deodorant – for someone like me, who always felt pain and discomfort in the underarm area from classic deodorant, this came as relief: no aluminium salts, alcohol free, paraben free; it maintains it’s effect for about 6h, so if you’re someone who sweats more or has an active lifestyle you might want to reapply once more during the day.
  • Avene Trixera +Selectiose Emollient Cleansing Gel – with a creamy consistency and a subtle scent this cleanses the skin without drying it; a big plus is that is easy to rinse and not as foaming as other cleansers, it does not aggravate irritations or rosaceea, suitable even for babies.
